Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 6jqk platform. By accessing or using any part of 6jqk, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
You must be 21 years of age or older to create an account and use any 6jqk service. Identity verification is mandatory.
All 6jqk accounts operate in Malaysian Ringgit. Deposits and withdrawals are processed through verified Malaysian payment channels only.
All promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Bonus terms are published alongside each promotion.
Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate registrations will result in account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By accessing the 6jqk Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any additional rules, guidelines, or policies referenced herein or published on the Platform.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 6jqk. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your Account.
2.3 6jqk reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. Players are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to 6jqk is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 6jqk operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process and will request government-issued identification (Malaysian MyKad or passport) before activating real-money play or processing any withdrawal.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The 6jqk Platform is operated under an international gaming authority licence. Players are responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. 6jqk makes no representation that use of the Platform is permissible in any specific jurisdiction.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each player is entitled to maintain one Account only. Creating duplicate Accounts — whether in the same name, using the same payment method, or via the same device or IP address — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds and Bonus Funds, and referral for investigation.
3.4 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC verification is true, accurate, and current. You must notify 6jqk promptly of any changes to your registered details. 6jqk reserves the right to request re-verification at any time.
3.5 Excluded Persons. Individuals who have activated self-exclusion on their 6jqk Account, or who are otherwise subject to an exclusion order, are prohibited from creating a new Account or continuing to use the Platform. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 6jqk Account credentials, including your password and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) details. 6jqk strongly recommends enabling 2FA.
4.2 You must not share your Account credentials with any third party, nor permit any other person to access or use your Account. All activity conducted through your Account — including bets placed and deposits made — is your sole responsibility.
4.3 You must notify 6jqk immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
4.4 6jqk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this clause.
5.1 Accepted Methods. 6jqk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Malaysian-regulated payment channels, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, and FPX bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in MYR.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as published on the 6jqk Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
5.3 Verification Prior to Withdrawal. 6jqk will not process any withdrawal until KYC verification has been satisfactorily completed. Withdrawals will be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered 6jqk Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.4 Processing Times. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within 2 hours for fully verified Accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. 6jqk is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.5 Fraud Prevention. 6jqk employs automated and manual fraud detection. Any deposit made via a fraudulent, unauthorised, or disputed payment method will result in the immediate suspension of the Account and reversal of associated credits. Associated winnings may also be voided.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as dormant. 6jqk reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant Account balances, as published on the Platform.
6.1 All bets placed on the 6jqk Platform are subject to the specific betting rules published within each product category — Sportsbook, Live Casino, Slots, E-Sports, and Lottery Magnum. These product-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
6.2 Void Bets. 6jqk reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an incorrectly priced market, placed using an exploited technical fault, or placed in circumstances that 6jqk reasonably determines to constitute abuse of its systems.
6.3 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits apply per bet, per day, and per product category. These limits are published within the relevant product sections of the 6jqk Platform.
6.4 Results. For sports markets, the official result announced by the relevant governing body will be used to settle bets. For live casino games, the result as recorded by the studio provider's server logs shall be final. For slots and RNG games, the result as recorded by the game server is final and binding.
6.5 Responsible Gambling Limits. Players may set session, daily, weekly, or monthly wager limits from their Account settings. Once a downward limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for the duration of the cooling-off period specified within the Account settings interface.
7.1 6jqk may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotions to registered players. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of the offer.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in the applicable promotion terms.
7.3 6jqk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to void Bonus Funds and associated winnings if it determines that a promotion has been abused, including through collusion, multiple Account exploitation, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to extract bonus value.
7.4 Players may only claim each welcome or first-deposit bonus once. Bonus offers are not transferable between Accounts.
Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct on the 6jqk Platform:
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all Funds and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.
9.1 All content on the 6jqk Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — is the property of 6jqk or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted.
9.3 You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish, broadcast, or create derivative works from any 6jqk content without prior written consent from 6jqk.
10.1 The 6jqk Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 6jqk makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6jqk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from betting outcomes, system outages, or payment processing delays.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 6jqk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11.1 6jqk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published at 6jqk.net/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference.
11.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes of account administration, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of Platform services.
11.3 6jqk will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to regulated payment processors, identity verification providers, and where required by applicable law or gaming regulator.
12.1 6jqk is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.
12.2 Age Restriction. 6jqk strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. Any Account found to have been created by or used by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and any Funds held will be returned to the verified payment source.
12.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to exclude themselves from the 6jqk Platform may do so from their Account settings. Self-exclusion takes immediate effect and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion period. 6jqk will not reinstate access to an excluded Account during the exclusion period regardless of the request.

13.1 6jqk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 6jqk reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that threatens the integrity of the Platform or its players.
13.2 Upon termination for cause, 6jqk may retain any Funds in the Account pending investigation. If investigation confirms a breach, 6jqk reserves the right to forfeit such Funds in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
13.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting 6jqk support. Subject to verification requirements and the resolution of any outstanding bets, Funds will be returned to the verified payment source within a reasonable period.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 6jqk holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where a player's consumer protection rights under applicable local law require otherwise.
14.2 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
15.1 6jqk may amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Material changes will be notified to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect.
15.2 Your continued use of the 6jqk Platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request Account closure.
